Despite a minor hiccup finding the hotel due to ongoing renovations, Radek's assistance was invaluable. The room exceeded my expectations with its immaculate cleanliness and spacious layout, including a comfortable dining table for our family. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficient heating that kept us warm during the chilly evenings. The serene terrace overlooking the charming garden provided a perfect spot for morning coffee. It's rare to find such attention to detail in accommodations, making our experience truly unforgettable.
